Don't wait on a form — call me. If I can't pick up this second, my assistant catches it, logs it, and I'm on it fast.
Questions People Actually Ask.
"How fast will you actually respond?"
Critical issues — your business is stopped — get to me within 30–60 minutes during my service window. High-priority within a few hours. Standard tickets by the next evening. It's all spelled out in your service agreement, not buried in vague marketing.
"What if something breaks at 2 AM?"
Honest answer: I'm a one-person operation, so I don't offer instant overnight onsite. When you call after hours, my assistant catches it, logs everything, and I get pinged for anything critical so I'm on it as soon as I can be. Anyone promising 24/7 instant onsite as a small local shop is stretching the truth.
"How much does this cost?"
It depends on what you actually need — that's exactly what the call is for. Tell me what's breaking and I'll tell you which plan fits. No hidden fees, no “starting at” bait-and-switch.
"Will you really handle my vendors?"
Yes — that's the whole point of Vendor Shield. Phone companies, software vendors, GPS providers, copier reps — they go through me, not you. I worked at all three major carriers, so I know exactly how the game is played, and I won't let them play it on you.
"What if I just need a one-time repair?"
That works too. I quote before any work starts, and if I can't fix it, you don't pay. A lot of one-time clients end up saving with a monthly plan if they keep needing help — but I'll tell you straight if you don't need one.
"Why should I trust you?"
I worked at Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. I sold the products. I know the playbook — and I left because I got tired of watching people get sold junk. I'm local, owner-operated, and you'll have my direct number the moment you sign. No faceless call center, no runaround.
