Why I Started Coastal Tech Repair.
For years I worked in tech — fixing computers, setting up networks, and handling business support and sales inside the big carriers. And I watched the same thing happen over and over: small business owners getting talked down to, sold equipment they didn't need, locked into contracts built to protect the provider instead of them, and left on hold the second something actually broke.
These are people running real businesses — towing companies, motels, landscapers, contractors, real estate offices. They don't need a tech lecture. They need their stuff to work so they can get on with their day, and they need someone in their corner who speaks plainly, charges fairly, and actually picks up the phone.
